World Cup Watch Party

On June 19, the Mount Dora Sister Cities Association will host a World Cup Watch Party at the Clubhouse at Mount Dora Golf Club, featuring USA vs. Australia at 3 p.m. and Scotland vs. Morocco at 6 p.m.

Scotland’s return to the World Cup after 28 years gives us a great excuse to get together and celebrate “with” our friends across the pond. We will have a livestream to celebrants in Scotland, and a few FaceTime calls with Forres friends over the course of the afternoon/evening as well!

Tickets are $65 per person or $240 for a table of 4 and include two drink tickets, appetizers from 3:30 to 5 p.m., and a small dinner plate from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The event is supported by MDSCA supporting business members Eden Abbey Brewing, Little Something Different, Set in Stone Monuments, Bob’s A/C, and Premier Boat Tours  and Medders Heritage Services.
